Agentic AI Engineer

About the Role

Join the team building the intelligence layer of Symphony — our orchestration platform. As an Agentic AI Engineer, you’ll design and develop intelligent agents that autonomously manage enterprise operations across SAP, Salesforce, cloud infrastructure, and more.

This role sits at the core of what makes BCS the world’s first Agentic System Integrator. You’ll work on Maestro (our agent runtime), Ambient AI (monitoring intelligence), and Agentic isAI (decision automation).

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous AI agents for enterprise operations (financial close, system refresh, data migration, compliance monitoring)
• Develop agent orchestration patterns that coordinate across multiple enterprise systems
• Integrate LLMs and reasoning engines into Symphony’s agent runtime (Maestro)
• Build observability and feedback loops for agent performance monitoring
• Collaborate with domain consultants (SAP, Salesforce) to translate manual processes into autonomous workflows
• Contribute to the tri-modal intelligence framework (Maestro + Agentic isAI + Ambient AI)
• Write tests, documentation, and participate in architecture reviews

Qualifications

Required

• 4+ years software engineering experience with at least 2 years in AI/ML
• Strong Python skills; experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Experience building production systems (not just prototypes)
• Comfortable with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, Temporal, or similar)
• Familiarity with identity governance and access management concepts
• Contributions to open-source AI projects
